Clinical Psychologist | Specialist in Self-Worth and Success Psychology
I’ve spent over 15 years helping people break free from self-doubt and elevate their worth. My life’s work is rooted in one simple but profound truth, beautifully expressed by Anaïs Nin:
“We don’t see the world as it is, we see it as we are.”
But this isn’t just professional for me, it’s personal. I know first hand how self-worth can quietly shape the paths we take. For me, it has influenced big decisions, relationships, and even moments where I caught myself shrinking, comparing, or questioning if I was enough. At times, it felt like self-worth was a sliding doors moment, leading me down one path or another.
I’ve lived the discomfort of chasing love and approval, of changing myself to be liked, and of feeling “not enough” next to someone else. And I know the daily work it takes to catch those thoughts, reframe them, and remind yourself: I am valuable. I am worthy. I am already enough.
That’s why I’m so passionate about this work, not just for my clients, but also as a parent, raising children with an awareness of how deeply self-worth shapes their confidence, choices, and futures.
When I work with clients, I’m not just listening to the problem, I’m listening for the deeper patterns beneath it. The unconscious beliefs, behaviours, and survival strategies we develop through life experiences and trauma often shape how we see ourselves, how we respond to challenges, and the choices we believe we’re allowed to make.
I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults across cultures and backgrounds, and no matter where someone comes from, the story is strikingly similar: behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage lies the same struggle with self-worth. We mask. We chase approval. We shrink our dreams. And in doing so, we hold ourselves back from the lives we were meant to live.
That’s why I created the BRAVE Framework: A psychology-based, trauma-informed approach to rebuilding self-worth from the inside out. Through my workshops and 1:1 work, I help people move beyond external validation, rewrite the core beliefs that limit them, and step into a life that reflects who they truly are.
Because when you believe in your inherent worth, you stop settling. You set boundaries without guilt. You live authentically and most importantly, you finally give yourself permission to dream bigger.
